  • Corporate and infrastructure development for a hair care industry in Lesotho.
  • Project and infrastructure development for alternate energy fuels in Jamaica.
  • Project and infrastructure development in Grenada to further cocoa trade in the Caribbean.

              The firm represents venture partners and equity investors in the assessment, structuring and implementation of the development initiative, including, among other things:
