ANTHONY R. FOGLEMAN, Associate

       Educated in Florida, Massachusetts, and North Carolina, Tony brings a business degree, twelve years in computer science, and an extensive understanding of Internet technology to the FRRC Team.

       Tony enjoys working with his brother, Richard (FRRC's senior partner), and has continued to do so since the early years, when he assumed the role of chief engineer of Control Models, Inc., the Foglemans' Florida based engineering firm. Since that time, Tony has accepted being known as the senior partner's "little brother".

       In 1995, Mr. Fogleman turned computer savvy into a business when he formed Web Marketing Group, Inc., an Internet publishing firm. As technical director, Tony helped WMG become the voice of Western North Carolina through its innovative web site, WNCGUIDE.COM. Early in '97, Tony left the company to work with WNC's leading ISP, Internet Of Asheville. His combined Internet experience enabled him to provide a specialized service for business that stresses getting past the fear of taking Internet technologies in-house. Now, he and his newly formed company, Internet Options & Systems (IO-SYS) act as a webmaster's tutor. With an impressive client list and direct involvement in more than 75 commercial Web sites, Fogleman actively influences the marketing efforts and growth strategies of numerous WNC businesses.

       Tony stays current in the latest Internet developments, and is fluent in the related applications. He spends his free time in a region between the cutting and bloody edges of technology, but is still known for engineering custom solutions while respecting the bottom line.

       Since Tony's involvement, FRRC has been seamlessly integrating Web site development with superior financial services. A proven-powerful combination.
